We will start the class with a reflection on our daily routine and how it creates our reality. New Moon in Virgo is about finding the path to what we want. Changes in our daily routines is what can get us there. After the initial grounding moment and breathwork, we will move between dynamic breath-to-movement sequences and static holds where we will come back to our intention for the practice from different perspectives and different level of physical challenges. We will then wind down with grounding poses and stretches to prepare ourself for final savasana. I will be playing the steel drum during final savasana to enhance the relaxation state.
