We have a less than six month old (born 28 feb,2022) German shepherd/German shorthaired pointer mix. He looks more Short German shorthaired pointer than Shepherd - other than the shepherd colors. He was brought home by a teenager who decided she did not want him. He is super loving, very high energy, friendly, a bit rough with the cats (His prey drive kicks in and he chases them.), is crate trained. housebroken, and learning about walking with us (instead of just running the leash.). Due to debilitating medical issues for the adults in the family (including dog allergies), no enclosed yard and extra long work days - we do not believe we are able to care for and exercise him like he needs. He is up-to-date on all vaccines and has not been neutered(due to the breed mixture and possible joint issues/displaysia of neutering before the age of two). He is microchipped. We are looking to get a rehoming fee of about $400 (negotiable - but is to go toward recouping some of the costs that have gone in to him.
