I have 10+ years of experience working in childcare alongside my B. S. in Child and Family Development. I started as a preschool teacher working at a childcare center and ended as a Training and Curriculum Specialist through the Navy's child development centers when I had my firstborn. I am a mom of three great kiddos (7, 5, and 20 mo). I am looking to care for a preschool aged child in my home alongside my youngest two. Our house backs up to Whatcom Falls Park so we frequently enjoy walks in the forest and our nearby playground. Some of our favorite activities include crafts, baking, making playdough, reading, outside nature exploration, playdates with friends, and eating healthy foods. We have a spacious, fenced in, private yard. We look forward to welcoming your special kiddo into our fun daily life! I prefer part time but if a good fit I would be interested in full time. My schedule is very flexible so I may be able to work with your schedule. Requested pay range of $20-25/hr. Please reach out!
