This healing method involves controlled breathing in order to create paintings that are tangible tokens of our mental and emotional state. Based on color choice, flow of the paint and other key factors, we can begin to bring to the surface deep emotional pain, see the joy that we are hiding from ourselves or address that feeling that you are at a standstill. The experience can provide an outlet for trauma work, PTSD as well as anxiety.
