Need laminate flooring installed. I have all the materials. ~Please provide a quote. $$$. ~What experience you have. ~Pictures of your work ~Round about start date ~How many days you expected to take to install? Area- One 14.5 x 14.5 room with small closet. 2 flights of stairs that include 5 steps, a 3x3 landing, and then another 5 steps. A 40x 20 area. There is a large island 8x5 and a small wall in this area. In the 40x20 area you will have to remove the old hardwood first, and move the furniture around as you place the laminate floor. The quarter rounds also have to be removed prior to placement of the laminate floors. I am looking for quality work at bargain prices. If this ad is up I am still looking. Please don't email me and ask if I am still looking. Also, I expect the work to be done consistently. Meaning if you say 3 days. You take 3 days. No doing other jobs in between and expect me to miss work around whenever you feel like showing up. Will be written in contract. Each day you miss you lose money. It is not unreasonable to ask that you stick to your word. Please don't send me your number and ask me to call you. I understand it is difficult to do a quote by my description, but with your years of experience you can give me a ballpark figure and if you are around what I'd like to pay then I will call you.
