I’m looking for a Bbq Pitmaster who is experienced in Trimming, Fire management and building a fire with wood and charcoal on a offset grill Low and slow and just the overall process of making some tender juicy Brisket and fall off the bone Ribs. Preferably looking for a person with 5 or more years of experience working with a offset grill The gig will pay 20 dollars a hour and last maybe 3 days roughly 5-6 hours a day.I’m pretty much flexible on the days you will be available to teach I’m located in Tracy California and we will be in the backyard where the Offset grill is located
