Baby kitten abandoned for dead needs new mommy

This special little kitty needs a home with no real young children. my dogs dug a hole under the neibors fence to get to them and almost killed them. I had to pull them out from the hole they were in and gave them back to the neibors to put back so their momma would find them. Momma did find them but for some reason or another she just stopped feeding them and abandoned them. The sibling ended up dying from starvation. This one was just as close to death but I was able to revive this poor baby. Iv been bottle feeding since about a week old. This kitty is between 3 1/2 -4 weeks but needs special care it still is a bit under normal size so its a little more fragile then a normal kitty this age. It has a constant need to suckle something and gets frustrated because it can't find a good way to sooth its self. I don't know if there is such a thing as a kitten pacifier but this kitty would greatly benefit something like it if there was. This baby needs a lot of affection and love from a good person who needs to be loved in return. This kitty needs someone to give its love to someone that is going to take place of its mommy. I can not keep it my dogs just won't have it. I tryed to not bonded with the kitty so it doesn't get attached but it really needs someone to bond with fast. Please give this little thing the love it deserves
