If you do not want to risk going to jail for bank robbery, do not rob a bank. If you do not want to risk going to prison for smuggling drugs, do not try to smuggle drugs. If you so not want to get a speeding ticket, abide by posted speed limits. If you do not want to get busted for stealing by the IRS, do not cheat on your taxes. Laws are laws. All and order means ALL laws must be enforced. There is no middle ground. If you support a nation of law and order, you must support ALL laws. A cocaine dealer cheating on his taxes is no different than a business owner cheating on their taxes. These people are cut from the same cloth.
