Job Description Cerberus Strategies LLC is searching for political canvassers to join our established team. In this role, you will help increase voter turnout and expand our voting base at both a local and national level, and help to elect Democratic candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and will be an advocate for our candidates. You will have the opportunity to work with several candidates and meet current elected officials. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in civics and politics. Objectives of this Role Represent our candidates in a professional, successful manner that results in positive voter interactions. Identify supporters, donors, and potential volunteers. Maintain or surpass contact quota expectations. Speak with voters to understand their needs and help support a healthy democracy. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Regularly interact with voters to understand their needs and convey that to campaigns and candidates. Effectively utilize industry software and technology to collect voter data. Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations. Develop and apply in-depth knowledge to answer voters' questions. Skills and Qualifications Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations Strong sense of ethics Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years’ sales or customer service experience, ideally within our industry Familiarity with using mobile apps Sharp time management skills
