It's time to apply and work for one of the biggest apartment management companies in the US. ________________________________________________________________________________ $1500 Sign-on Bonus! + 💰PAY: Up to $25 an hour Plus $70/week on-call bonus and quarterly bonuses up to $1200 a year Full benefit package, 20% off rent, 80hrs pto, and more! ________________________________________________________________________________ What We Need: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone Snow removal (when applicable) Pool maintenance (where applicable) What We Offer: Pay up to $25.00 Per Hour Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year Renewal commissions shared monthly with maintenance Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $300.00 On-Call Bonus, $70 a week 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a matching component.
