Seeking witnesses to auto accident on 8/21/22

SEEKING WITNESSES: family was in an auto accident yesterday (8/21) around noon at the corner of El Camino and Chestnut in SSF. The driver of a black sedan ran a red light turning left onto Chestnut street and collided with a white SUV in the intersection. Their young daughter was in the car and experienced whiplash. The driver at fault is not taking responsibility and the family was so shaken they did not get contact info for the witnesses who stopped.
