To anyone who lives in the Jackson Triangle area in Hayward, there is a thief who supposedly has a master key to all the mail boxes in the area and is going from complex to complex stealing mail. The complex management that I reside in has captured a picture of the person who broke into our mail boxes but they had a mask on which makes it difficult to identify them.
