Too often young men are judged for their clothing and appearance – what if we uplifted and celebrated them instead? At this event, the Courageous Heart nonprofit uses fashion and personal expression to highlight the judgements that are inherent in our society, and how we can transform our inner biases to uplift and rally around our inner-city youth to enhance their opportunities in life. This is a fun, enlightening, transformational evening amongst community for a unique event where fashion meets social commentary meets the opportunity to do good.
