It is time that we carry ourselves with the confidence we should embody into our careers, relationships, and fall back in love with our bodies! This workshop is that space. As a licensed professional counselor I have worked with a variety of people over the years and was inspired to create a workshop to speak freely about who we are currently and who we want to be. How do I fall in love with me? That's so hard to do in this society of comparisons, and messages about what all we should be doing more of, and better. The time is NOW. You don't have to wait until you have it all figured out to start requiring more from yourself and the people around you because you deserve it.
