I am so excited to invite you all to Dancing Mindfulness & Breathwork at The Hamlett Coffee Shop in Lemon Grove! Dancing Mindfulness fuses music and movement to support you in connecting with the present moment, having fun with community and letting go of judgment! RESET Breathwork is a 3-part conscious connected breathing pattern involving deep breaths into the chest and the belly bridging the gap between the mind and the body, releasing stuck energy and supporting you in feeling free AF! This class combines these two practices as a powerful embodiment of healing! When your body believes that you are safe and supported, so will your mind! See for yourself!
