Royal Oaks Mobile Home Park is looking for a full-time groundskeeper/general maintenance person. Job duties will include: -Mowing (zero turn riding mower) and weed eating the common areas, vacant unit lots, and ditches. -Walking the park to pick up any trash/debris and keeping the dumpster area clean. -Trashing out units that have been abandoned. -Power washing fences, signs, and sidings of any vacant units as needed. -Light maintenance work (painting, fixtures, minor plumbing) in vacant's or common areas such as the office, mailbox area, or roads. -Distribute notices. -Clean make ready's This is a Monday-Friday job. Hours are from 9am-5pm. No weekends or on-call! You can pick up an application from the office during the work hours at 4600 Rixie Rd. N Little Rock, Ar. 72117.
