Everyone needs to keep their animals IN and SUPERVISED. This bullshit where people leave their animals out like it’s Mayberry in the 1950s has to stop. Stop letting your dogs run loose thru the town. Secure your fkn fences. Wtf kind of community is this where this is tolerated? Call the police if you see suspicious people.
