Goodwillie Earthwerks LLC. Is a local, family owned excavation company. We specialize in pool excavation, light demolition and grading. We are looking for reliable equipment operators with experience in operating Bobcat skid steer loaders and mini excavators. CDL a plus but not necessary. Some manual labor will be required in addition to operating. We have full time work ready now. Starting hourly pay is $21/ hr. with quarterly raises in the first year depending on performance. Benefits include paid holidays, 80hr. a year paid time off, 24 hr. per year sick leave accumulating upon hire. Must be 18 years old or older, have reliable transportation, can perform physical labor in all weather conditions, speak english, and pass a drug test.
