Dogs must remain on leashes for the entirety of the event. RSVP required. By RSVP’ing to the event, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of Desert Ridge Marketplace and Vestar Property Management, its agents and representatives, and The Arizona Humane Society from any claim whatsoever for liability, injury and loss or damage of any kind to any third party arising out of any activity that the undersigned may participate in or hold at Desert Ridge Marketplace or participate in that is in any way connected with this event. The undersigned also agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Desert Ridge Marketplace and any special rules or provisions that may be required for this event. The owner of Desert Ridge Marketplace, Vestar Property Management, its agents and representatives, and The Arizona Humane Society and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person or animal while participating in Yappy Hour. In consideration of my participation in the YAPPY Hour, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks, dangers and hazards associated with my participation in YAPPY Hour, (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself, my animal and/or others). Guests must present a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age or older to purchase an alcoholic beverage at the outdoor bar.
