In this class you will each get your own whole chicken that is sourced from a local MN poultry farm and each participant will breakdown their own bird. We will talk about knife safety basics, how to break down your chicken in three different methods and I will share many tips/tricks on how to prep, prepare and cook a whole chicken. You will go home with your own chicken and recipes and learn more about how to use every part of the animal. All you need to bring is a desire to learn. We will provide everything you need!
