Porter Homes LLC. is hiring a Skilled CARPENTER. We specialize in residential remodels, additions and new construction/builds in and around the Seattle area. We have a very, strong trusted reputation with all our clients and plan on keeping it that way. Seeking a reliable, hard-working, trustworthy, motivated Carpenter. Must be ready to bust it. We work hard from start to finish. Summary of Responsibilities: -Understand blueprints/specifications/change orders -Capability to perform according to our level of quality and speed -Strong understanding of construction on all phases -Pre-planning, layout, framing, siding, trim, door/window installation/etc. -Interact professionally and respectfully with client, architects, subs and crew. -Arrive on time, with a clean appearance. Required: Minimum 5 years experience Reliable transportation. Valid WA state drivers license. Clean background check. Positive, hard working individual with strong leadership skills.
