I am looking for someone that has a lot of experience in retaining wall installations and maybe just doing that for a long time. I am looking for someone that can start on Monday / tomorrow. I have all materials and wall blocks. This would be maybe a couple days of work. Cutting in the wall block caps, prep and laying down the first course of wall blocks.
