Carpenter to replaces sections of my plywood boat deck

I am looking for a carpenter that can replace the rotten sections of my plywood deck on my boat. They would need to have skill in cutting out existing pieces and cutting new pieces to size and placing them. It's not a hard job for someone with experience around table saws and skill saws. I can pay $20 an hour in cash paid daily. It works best for me to work from about 11 to 3. Please email me your qualifications and experience. Thanks
