Rich in sparkle, inclusivity, and inspiring secondhand fashion, the high brow styles of the 80s will storm the runway with a sustainable, modern twist. This event is an opportunity to wear your favorite, most fabulous ensemble and connect with members of the local fashion community while you groove to music and enjoy drinks from a cash bar during our opening social hour. The runway portion will feature Minneapolis talent dressed in eccentric, vintage garments from local businesses including Glam Diggers Vintage, Frock Queen, Golden Pearl Vintage, Queenie and Pearl, Ragstock, Showstopper Vintage and The Red Eye. Models will be adorned with exuberant accessories, baubles and sequins that will have you buzzing with excitement. You'll also have the opportunity to shop directly from the featured businesses as well as some new faces Lobster Garden Vintage and Obsidian Pause at our pop up market. We hope to inspire you with the magic powers of vintage to dabble in the world of slow fashion and express your own personal style. Creative Kuponya is a local multi modal company that is community driven and minority led.
