Historically our Team members hold onto this route for as long as possible due to our amazing customers & the overall route placement. Start growing your career with Fikes today! Job Type: Full-time Average total compensation in first year $62,000.00 - $75,000 (this represents your base pay and weekly production. (additional commissions have uncapped potential). Examples of services include but are not limited to restroom sanitation, odor control, scenting and disinfection. -Building relationships with clients and seeking out new customers through referrals. -Load and unload your truck with products and equipment needed for your route. -Managing inventory for your clients to fulfill our value proposition of saving them time. -Showing up on time consistently, communicating effectively, and ensuring detailed follow-through with our clients and team members. -Occasionally hosting and entertaining current and prospective clientele at sporting and dining venues, as well as participating in trade shows and networking functions throughout the year to build stronger client relationships and build the sales pipeline. -Joining a rapidly growing company with weekly training, ongoing internal team support, and endless opportunities to increase your route and sales!
