Think about how they were able to to fund some of their favorite projects. " The New Green Deal" or "Build Back Better" It is common practice to attach a rider to a bill that has nothing to do with the actual bill. The latest infrastructure bill addresses climate change. So new the democrats think they can change the weather. What a load of horse dung.
