1. Handling the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 lbs.
2. Groundskeeping, mowing, weeding, spraying round up,

4. Clean docks as needed.
5. Clean and upkeep the laundry areas.
6. Paint buildings/rentals when surfaces become chipped or faded.
7. Install locks on buildings.
8. Replace light bulbs.
9. Repair broken sinks, toilets, and other plumbing equipment.
10. Handle necessary repairs and maintenance.
11. Follow written and verbal instructions.
12. Clean and prepare rental units for new tenants.
13. All company tools must be kept in shed.
14. All other jobs, as needed.
