Come if you want to connect with WILDE WOMEN that know the FREEDOM you are seeking Come if you want to experience an ICE BATH to Jolt ALL your SENSES Come if you enjoy Cacao and DANCE freely under the Evening skies, barefooted DEEPLY rooted to Mother Nature Come if you want to follow your BREATH deeper into your bones to retrieve those memories Come RELEASE, LEVEL UP and Face the Fears that Block you from FREEDOM of Mind Body Inner PEACE Ice Baths have great benefits to our Mental & Emotional Health >Eases sore and aching muscles and cramping >Helps your central nervous system and your hormones >Limits the inflammatory response >Decreases the effect of heat and humidity >Trains your Vagus nerve >Boosts your Immune system >Improves your Sleep and mental health >Releases repressed Emotions (anger, grief, loss, shame, frustration, etc.) Ice Bath recommends soaking in an ice bath for 5 to 10 minutes, with a cap at 15 minutes. (Spending longer than 15 minutes is spent in an ice bath at the suggested temperature increases your risk of hypothermia). Ceremony BEGINS at 6pm by creating a scared circle. Discuss itinerary for the the Ice Bath and Fire Ceremony flow, and sign waivers. There will be time to lay around relax and get to know one another, as we take turns encouraging each other in the Ice baths, holding space for each other to release, surrender and face their fears. There will be a large fire going to dance around, bring your journal or paper to write if you feel inspired to or paint a log for the fire while you wait for your Ice plunge. We will end the evening in loving communion around the fire in a group sound bath with drums & sound alchemy to reach into the depths of our soul and howl at the Wilde Woman within. PLEASE BRING: Towel, Blanket/yoga mat/floor pillow (outdoor event), Swim suit or Change of clothes, Water to drink and stay hydrated & any healthy snack you would like to share in this ceremony. ICE Bath will be between 50-59 degrees Fahrenheit FYI Dress comfortable to dance, move and stretch as there will be music most all night. Waiver info: (I respect your decision) This is a simple liability waiver. If you do not sign a waiver you will not be permitted to get in the ICE BATH and will not receive any refund. I am not responsible for you or your actions, decisions and physical reactions. The ICE Bath is not a medical solution, nor am I a legal practitioner or licensed physician to give you any medical advice. Please do not attend if you are NOT A born Woman. This is a ceremony for WOMEN ONLY. Do not attend the ICE Bath if you have had ANY Heart Conditions or complications (presently or in the past). Please do not partake in the ICE Bath If you are Pregnant or if you are Presently experiencing your menstrual flow; or Have Any open wounds (bleeding, open sores).
