Need to hire a hard-working, reliable worker for a yard-work business

I want to start a yard-work business in Monterey. I don't live in Monterey although I have property there. For the time being, I will be only involved in buying the equipment, marketing the business online, and managing the paperwork. My worker will: - complete the jobs that are generated (if additional people are needed to be hired for a particular job, they will be hired) - store and maintain any equipment (truck, lawn-mower, etc.) - submit any documents etc. to the city to be in compliance with the city's laws (and get a CSLB license). I will take care of the expenses. I'm willing to pay you on a per-job basis, or have you as a partner (i.e. profit sharing). This will be an LLC. I am a US citizen. Let's talk.
