Looking for help liquidating 2 storage units

My best friend/partner/roommate died unexpectedly as we were looking to move from a very small place, to a bigger house to use much of this stuff for, and garage and sell the rest. We were going to fix up each item that might have needed a little sprucing up. But I can't now. I'm a semi retired contractor who is now permanently disabled and handicap and can't afford to keep paying the monthly storage rent and need to clear these units quickly with someone's help that knows how to use all of selling media platforms and even flea markets, garage sale, yard sale, etc. in exchange for half the profits. I'd like someone who could remove stuff and sell it from their own place if they have a truck or can rent one from HD or Uhaul and have a garage or shed or porch or somewhere to put the stuff. But, I am also willing to transfer the unit leases to someone too and let someone sell stuff right from there necessary, and we split the profits after paying another month rent if we have to. I am paid til Aug. 27th, so the faster the better on this. I accept any form of payment that pay pal accepts even if you don't have one because all you need is an email address. So that will help get a higher buck than all cash too maybe. I'll consider a payment plan too.
