Hello! If you have been looking for the right piano teacher for your child or for yourself, you've come to the right place! have over 35 years' experience teaching students of all ages to play, but the most important thing you need to know about me is that I believe piano lessons should be fun! My students will tell you that we laugh a lot during their lessons. Many of my students have gone on to play professionally, and some are teachers themselves. But all students learn that the gift of music is the gift of a lifetime, whether they choose to pursue it as a career or just use it for fun and relaxation.
I have a B.A. in Music and a Masters in Education, and have been a performing musician for nearly all of my life. As a recording artist I received a Grammy nomination for Best Children's Album.
My rates are very reasonable and affordable.
At this time, all lessons are given via Zoom but I am hoping to be able to see students in my West Haven home soon.
