Know the Angles - Couples Photo Event

In this workshop you'll be lead by Cy Abdelnour (Professional Cinematographer/Photographer) and Loren Johnson (Professional Model/MUA). You will be able to take photos in a lovely loft space in Corktown Detroit provided by the event. This will be a secluded event with only five couples per session. Included is food, drink, and two couples portraits to pick from and to be printed provided by Woodward Camera. How this works. This is an engaging event which challenges couples to work TOGETHER. When it comes to portrait photography, it's not just the photographer. If you're the one complaining on the otherside of the camera, you may have no idea it's actually you contributing to the images not turning out right. The model and photographer have to work in tandem. We will break you up into seperate stations and show proper techniques of a photographer and model. We will bring you back after our training and use those lessons to create images in the space. At the end, we will collect the photos and have a small critique and give back constructive criticism over food and drinks. It's our hope you take away some valuable knowledge as well as important relationship bonding in this exercise.
