The Fall Planners’ Forum provides a great opportunity to hear and discuss current planning topics and share ideas. The 2022 Fall Forum will include the following presentations: • Sonia Huntzinger, Executive Director of Second Century Alliance, will describe the exciting economic development initiatives and projects in Coatesville. • Kathryn Evans, Executive Director of Church Housing Corporation, will provide a developer’s perspective on working with local municipalities on affordable housing. • Hillary Krummrich, Chester County’s Agricultural Development Director, will highlight ways local municipalities can implement the county’s new ag economic development strategy.
