Come join us in the garden as we celebrate the launch of Stacey Woodson's second children's book, entitled " Grow. Eat. Repeat. A Love Letter to Black-Eyed Peas" that she co-wrote with her daughter, Paige.
This beautiful book tells the story of Paige, an inquistive child who joins her mother in the garden for a day of bonding, learning and growing foods with deep connections to her family, ancestral lineage and Mother Earth.
Their story is our story.
Stacey Woodson is the founder of Mothering While Melanated, and also serves as Get Fresh Daily's Resident Registered Dietician. She and her children spend a lot of time tending, playing and loving on our garden, so of course we will be lifting her up and seeding this book with the highest intentions for success! We'll be planting, dancing, laughing and eating - all under the garden lights. Hope you'll join us.
