FREE Yoga at Eliza Howell Park in partnership with Sidewalk Detroit Day: Monday Dates: June 6-September 26, 2022, No class July 4

Detroit, MI 48223 Classes are outside, under a beautiful tree. Relax and stretch in the shade. Plenty of free parking available. 
Format: Hatha Yoga.
This is a traditional yoga class for all levels. 
Membership & Cost: FREE!
 REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED due to COVID. 
What to bring: Yoga Mat if you have one. Water and towel if preferred. Kids: Youth ages 6 and up are welcomed to join the class as long as they can remain quiet the entire hour.
