We are looking for Skilled and/or Enthusiastic Landscape Laborers that want to learn, grow and develop with us. We hire designers from within. Skilled individuals with leadership skills can move into a management or design/sales position. We like to promote from within our company. We work year round, weather dependent. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Positive attitude Self-motivation High sense of integrity Love to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically fit and able to lift 45+ lbs safely Willingness to learn and be part of a team Reliable transportation to job sites in Lyons and Boulder area. WAGES ~GENERAL LABOR starts at $18 to $22 per hour, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. ~Skilled SPECIALISTS start at $22-$28 per hour. →Design positions are hired internally from people with Urban Oasis field experience →Long-term employees that contribute to the growth of Urban Oasis enjoy profit sharing
