Hi there, we are a Northern Colorado based commercial cleaning company and have an immediate opening for evening cleans in the Fort Collins/Loveland area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up some part time work and this position has the ability to take on more jobs in the future. We simply need a very reliable individual that takes pride in their work. Duties include but are not limited to: dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, etc. We provide training for each project and give checklists to ensure quality control is a top priority. This job requires being on your feet for an hour at a time, climbing stairs, and to be able to lift up to 30 pounds. The average clean time is 1 hour per project, with pay of $35 per project. Must have a reliable means for transportation, and a valid driver license Must be able to pass a drug and background screen Speak fluent English Must be reliable & trustworthy Interested parties please respond with a resume and a brief description about yourself.
