This is my studio space that I no longer need. The space is 144 sq. ft. (totally your own) in a shared industrial building on East Pearl. There is also a common area with couches and a coffee table that you are welcome to use. There are 3 other artists who have space in the same unit, they are rarely there so a lot of the time you will have the whole place to yourself. Painters only--oil, watercolor, pastels, encaustic, are fine. Rent is $345 a month and includes WiFi and utilities. I can show it to you and if you like it, I will put you in direct contact with my landlord (she knows I'm leaving and said I could show the space to anyone interested). I have the space until Sept. 30 but I can be out before that if you need it ASAP. The photo below shows the space, I will be taking all the furniture, rug, and stuff on the walls.
