I am an out of state real estate investor that needs someone in the Memphis area on an as-needed basis that can take photos and inspect the condition of prospective investment properties. Residential construction knowledge is a must. Looking for possibly a new real estate agent that has some spare time or a contractor possibly. This person will be my boots-on-the-ground since I am in Colorado. You need to be professional and reliable as you will be representing me and my company. I will need photos of each room of the house as well as the exterior and a general description of condition of the property including condition of roof, flooring, paint, kitchen, baths and mechanical. This will just be on an as-needed basis so it could be one or two appointments a week or one or two appointments a month. It should only take about 10 minutes per appointment and I will pay $50 per appointment. The appointment days and times are unknown and could be weekdays or weekends and during the day or evenings. I will try and work around your schedule as best as I can though. This is a very part time gig and you will not be my employee and I will not provide any benefits. Let me know if you are interested.
