Help with stripped screw removal from jetski starter

I have a 2inch 5mm screw on my 99 GSX limited seadoo starter that I stripped trying to remove (two screws to remove starter and one came off with ease). It is a tight spot but just large enough to fit a impact driver in to. We bought a screw extractor kit but couldn’t get it to grab but I’m also not very experienced. Offering a $100 to anyone who can remove this screw by any means necessary!!! I don’t care if you cut the thing off! Text or call 919-633-3907. Ty
