LEAD MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS- Apply Now! The Liberty Group has partnered with the TOP Management companies and is immediately hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to start ASAP! Lead Maintenance Supervisor Requirements- Qualified candidates must have minimum 1 year on-site experience as a Lead Maintenance. One must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Those applying must have either their EPA type II or universal, and/or HVAC. CPO is a plus! Responsibilities of the Lead Maintenance Supervisor: -scheduling -budgeting -supply inventory -vendor over site -general property maintenance tasks -responding to tenant work orders -property make ready work Strict background checks will be performed as well as employment eligibility.
