Need help loading/unloading washer to Uhaul truck

Hello. I am moving from Paragould to Pocahontas in about 2 months. Need help loading washing machine, twin bed and frame and other small items into a Uhaul truck. I will then drive the Uhaul from Paragould to Pocahontas and need help unloading them. Both places in Paragould and Pocahontas are on the ground floor so no need to climb stairs. Perhaps a few guys can help in Paragould and a different few guys can help in Pocahontas. Or the same set of guys can do both places. I live about a mile from AMMC.
