Need yard worker to do landscape maintenance for 3 buildings.

Hello. I'm looking for someone who does landscaping/lawn mowing/weed wacking/etc. Basically all the yard work. I have 3 buildings that need constant maintenance, maybe monthly or so. Building 1 - Single family house, around 0.1 acres. Needs weeds wacked asap. I also want to plant a lawn here this fall. Building 2 - Multi-family 4-plex, around 0.2 acres. Just need the weeds wacked and taken out every month or two, and the bushes trimmed. Building 3 - Office building downtown. Has nice landscaping, needs to be maintained more frequently to keep up appearance. At least every month, if not more. Will post pictures soon. Let me know your rates!
