Dispensary and Grow Hiring Part Time

We have two open positions that need to be filled promptly, one part time position at our Grow and one part time position at our Dispensary. We are looking for two individuals to fill these positions, we do not want one person to work both positions. Grow Position Details: -Grow Assistant- Must be 21 years of age and have current OLCC Handlers Card and reliable transportation This person will be helping in all aspects of the Grow process from harvesting to trimming to joint rolling to planting, watering plants, tilling soil, everything that goes into growing the plants, drying the plants and preparing them for market. This position starts at $15 per hour and is approximately 16 hours per week. The schedule is 8am -5pm Monday and Tuesday with the option for more hours during harvest time only and the possibility of being cross trained in the Dispensary to cover shifts when needed (if we feel it would be a good fit) This person must be willing to work as a team and be able to physically meet the requirements of the job such as lifting, shoveling, carrying heavy objects, working outside in all different weather conditions and not be afraid to get their hands dirty etc. We are a small but flourishing farm that takes pride in our humble beginnings and creating quality product for the Oregon market. Dispensary Position Details -Budtender- Must be 21 years of age, have current OLCC handlers card and have reliable transportation This individual preferably has experience working in a Dispensary and is familiar with the rules such as daily sales limits and a familiarity with Oregon product. We are looking for someone who has strong customer services skills, learns quickly, can pay attention to details and is reliable. We have a fun and laid back work atmosphere but are very strict when it comes to rules, regulations and taking the job seriously. This position offers competitive wages, an annual raise, a Christmas bonus, occasional Staff meals, Tips and Free Samples.
