Seeking a talented, hard-working individual with a pleasant attitude to assist a busy executive with running his household. Executive is currently running a business and has 3 kids who live out of state, one in high school, one in college, and one who has a career. Part-time pay $18 to $28 per hour depending on experience. POSITION SUMMARY: The Household Personal Assistant job is suited to those who are able to wear many hats. Responsibilities and duties are as follows: * Grocery Shopping. Food Prep and cooking for one person. Meals typically prepped on Monday for the full week * Cold Press Juicing-typically prepped Monday for the full week * Work with Nutritionist to discover new recipes for variety * Running personal and business errands * The house has a maid service, however some laundry chores and ironing is required. * Schedule personal medical appointments, obtain quotes, working with household trades * Take incoming calls for trades and services * Researching for travel plans, products and services * Research healthy aging technologies and mindful resources REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION: * High School diploma required-college degree preferred * Computer skills: Internet research and Microsoft Word/Excel * Prior experience as a personal assistant preferred * Knowledge or interest in healthful aging is helpful * Must be comfortable cooking healthy and nutritious meals * Health card for food prep * Reliability and trustworthiness are of utmost importance as you will be privy to personal information * Background check required * Confidentiality agreement * Ability to multi-task * Must have a reliable vehicle * Must have excellent English speaking skills and written communication skills * Professional references required PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands require the ability to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and telephone to talk and hear. The ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. SCHEDULE: Monday and Wednesday 8 AM to 3 PM. Weekend availability-rarely neede
