ISO Small dog or Small Puppy

I am looking for my senior parents a small companion dog. Either small and older dog or small puppy pure bred not necessary just with a reasonable or small rehoming fee. My parents are looking for a dog to spoil. Please contact me through email with information and picture. I have been searching high and low and even in shelters we have not had best of luck looking in shelters either not the right fit or scooped up before us, so giving cl a shot because I have had good luck finding my own pets (I still have) from here.
