Handyman plumber needed

Looking for a handyman / plumber to help with a hot water issue for a house where the water is still hot but has less amount of water coming out. In other words looks like less pressure from hot water. Most likely a water heater issue. Need someone who knows how to diagnose this and help repair it. I'm thinking most likely the water heater needs to be replaced so need someone who can do that as well. If interested please respond to this ad with a contact number I can reach you at by phone.
