Our client is a property management company with many homes in the Phoenix area. We have 7 crews running every day and cannot keep up with the work orders. Many are Turns (one tenant moves out and we need to get home ready for new tenant), some are maintenance issues like minor plumbing, lawn maintenance, cleaning up after squatters, etc. Many of these are time-sensitive and one of our husband/wife teams has made over $70K so far this year. We pay Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, ACH or Paypal and we can pay after we have good photos showing work completed.
