We are a custom crating, packaging, and shipping company looking for a hardworking, motivated, and reliable individual who will be responsible for the general cleaning and organizing of our warehouse to include: • Organizing, sorting and straightening wood racks • Sorting and organizing inner pack materials (Styrofoam, bubble wrap, foam) • Sweeping floors (sawdust around saws, dirt, debris) • Picking up and disposing of trash and scrap packing materials on the floor • Empty trash containers throughout warehouse and dispose of all garbage, cardboard, etc outside in dumpster • Helping to clean and organize workstations for Crating Technicians/Fabricators • Shredding and storing cardboard • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Prior cleaning / organizing experience is not required, we will train • Must be willing to learn to drive a forklift • Successful candidate will display a positive attitude and a desire to learn • Must be hardworking and comfortable lifting and carrying wood, trash, cardboard etc in large warehouse and outside to dumpster as needed • Must be a team player and able to work in fast paced environment • Must be reliable and punctual Pay and Benefits: • Pay = $18.00/hr to start (pay increases commensurate with experience and performance) • Paid holidays – eligible after 90 days of employment • 40 hours a year Paid Sick Time – awarded after 90 days of employment • One-week paid vacation – awarded after one year of service • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits first of the month following 30 days of employment – employer pays a portion of the cost • Retirement plan with company match up to 3% – eligible after 90 days of employment • Room for advancement and growth with the company • Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm If interested, please submit your resume.
