Responsibilities Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Ensure team provides timely, friendly, and accurate service Ensure cleanliness, customer service, and security standards are met Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize · Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.· Able to learn and adapt to technology/software provided by the company.· Provides excellent customer service skills.· Strong time management, organizational skills, prioritize, and ability to multi-task.· Able to communicate with customers and staff.· Ability to work weekends and some holidays is required.· Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company needs.· Strong leadership qualities, training and team building skills· Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture· Bilingual is a plus Benefits include- Medical after 60 days, PTO Accrual after 90 days, paid holidays, vision, dental, and life insurance after 90 days. 401k with matching after one year.*** pay based on experience***We are looking forward to receiving your application.
